Hi all,

I can confirm that GSAS renewed their contract with Care in 2018 for an
additional 3 years. It sounds like it might be a technical error on
Care.com's part or a hiccup on our side updating membership as the school
year begins.

I also emailed the GSAS Deans that oversee this benefit, and they have
quickly responded and reached out to their contacts at Care.com to get this
resolved as soon as possible.

I'm glad to hear that Care.com is planning to honor the rate for you, and
I'm hopeful that they figure out our access soon!
