Hello David and everyone,

Thank you for your responses! We did complete that registration form, so I don’t think that’s the issue. However, the GSAS website does say the benefit runs from October to September which is weird that we’re running into this problem now. Im not sure what’s going on but emailed the Office of Student Affairs so will let you all know when I hear back. I’ll also call them again tomorrow.

For anyone in this same boat, looking for care tomorrow, I did just get off the phone with care.com who is willing to honor the $5 rate for now even though they don’t have guarantee from Harvard that this benefit is being renewed. Care has been really wonderful to work with through this process. 

Will keep you posted.
