*I am looking for baby-sitting positions**, to supplement my current-part
time position as a tutor at one of Harvard’s residential dormitories
(houses), and until my husband finishrf his PhD at Harvard Graduate School
of Education.*

*
*

*I have 13 years of experience in working with children of all ages**. *As
a mother of two – a 12-year old boy and 8-year old girl – and having grown
up in a large family, often caregiving for my younger sibling and cousins,
I have been looking after children for as long as I can remember. Further,
many of my work experiences have also revolved around care-giving of
children: as a teacher for hearing-impaired children, for example, and
currently as a resident tutor at Harvard College. Both these positions
supplemented my personal experiences with formal training (about how best
to take care of children) and refined my ability to look after the young.

Being tri-lingual and having traveled extensively around the world, I bring
an awareness of cultural, familial, and individual particularities that are
important to keep in mind when caring for children. In short: I have
extensive, hands-on experience in looking after children, and you can feel
safe and at ease when you leave you son/daughter in my care.

*In terms of availability: I can be available around your schedule**, since
my hours as a resident tutor are completely flexible and in my control. I
am most interested in positions that are walking distance from Harvard
Square (where I live), or easily accessible by public transportation from
the Square.*

*I am happy to provide references** of Harvard-affiliated parents with whom
I have worked. *Please let me know if you’d like to speak on the phone or
in person.

Kind regards,

Rabia Saifullah
