Thank you, Marna and all,

Does anyone have any suggestion for a childcare for an 1 year old in
Cambridge, Somerville, or Medford?
We currently have only 3 day option at Harvard Peabody Terrace Childcare and
are looking for another childcare for the two days (Tuesday and Thursday).
Any advice would be grateful! Thanks.

Sang

Hi Michelle,

We've been really happy with the preschool at Elizabeth Peabody House
in Somerville for our son (3 years). It's from 2.9 years old. They
also have infant/ toddler for younger kids at a different location,
which I'm not familiar with.

Our baby just started at Bellas Manitas in Somerville - they've
expanded their program to include infants and toddlers so they're
enrolling at very reasonable rates to fill up those new spots (if
anyone on the list is looking for infant care). They also have a
pre-school program which is bilingual in focus, so they cover
everything from 3 months to 5 years now.

Both these places are about 2 miles from the Cambridge campus.

Good luck!

Marna

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had a high chair they are no longer using that
they would be willing to donate. We have been getting by with one high
chair for our twins and have been feeding them serially, but now that
they are getting more independent with eating, they are more interested
in eating together. We only plan on using the high chair a little while
longer, until they can sit at their table and/or in a booster seat, so
we'd rather not shell out the money for a high chair we're only going to
use for a little while.

Alex
