      American K-12 Education

      We need your ideas.=A0 GSAS and the Graduate School of
      Education invite all PhD graduate students to attend an open
      meeting on Tuesday, May 10, at 4 p.m. in the Fireside Room,
      Dudley House, to=A0 discuss careers in education. We would like
      to assess the interests of the GSAS community in=A0 relation to
      K-12 education. If you have considered any of the following
      options, we would like to hear from you:
      * teaching in secondary schools;
      * researching topics in leadership, school=A0 reform, pedagogy,
      technology and education, and education policy;
      * developing curricula for K-12;
      * pursuing tenure-track positions in schools of education;
      * improving science and math education in K-12.
