Prof. Hsiao-Chin Hsieh teaches at Center for General Education, Institute
for Learning Sciences and serves as Dean of Commission of General Education,
National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan.  Her areas of expertise include, *inter
alia*, Educational Sociology, Education Policies, as well as Gender Studies.
