AIEF’S ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ARTICLE SCHOLARSHIP COMPETITION

The American International Education Foundation (AIEF) is pleased to
announce its Annual International Student Article Scholarship
Competition for international undergraduate and graduate students who
are studying full-time at a U.S. college or university.

Article Requirements
The article must be written by an international student enrolled
full-time at a U.S. college or university, either at the undergraduate
or graduate level. Articles should vividly describe the international
student’s experiences and activities, including academic pursuits,
at a U.S. higher education institution. Tips on campus life or working
experiences are particularly welcome. Articles may range from 400-800 words,
and 2 to 3 high-resolution photos with captions to illustrate the
article are also
required.

Scholarship Awards
Scholarship awards ranging from $200 to $500 will be awarded to the
authors of the winning articles. The articles submitted will be reviewed
and chosen by the UScampus Guide editorial staff for printing in
UScampus Guide, a publication of the American International Education
Foundation (AIEF). The selection process for determining the winning
articles includes an evaluation by the editorial staff of Uscampus Guide
as well as input from readers.

Free copies of the UScampus Guide are distributed in Australia, Brunei,
Burma, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Malaysia,
Mongolia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam
to meet the needs of students who are interested in obtaining up-to-date
information about studying in the USA.

Article Submission
In order to be considered for publication in the SPRING 2011 edition of
the UScampus Guide, articles with photos must be submitted no later
than DECEMBER 1, 2010
