[hcs-d] Why the Housing Lottery might not be random

My freshman year my roomie & I asked to be placed in Currier, and when
housing day came around we totally were. ;) I doubt that strategy would
work for somebody wanting to be in Adams or one of those
super-close-to-everything-and-usually-more-desired houses.
