[hcs-d] Gmail Priority Inbox

FWIW, this feature doesn't hold much appeal for me -- with the current
non-priority inbox, I just triage all my email as it comes in,
archiving everything and starting important ones, and use the
"Multiple Inboxes" Labs feature to display the starred ones on the
front page.
