The end of IP address conflicts???
Or, more importantly, the end of whiny emails from people to house lists
confused about what their IP adress conflict means?

Hey, I'm optimistic (though the conflicts have been really very intermittent
for me).

To ensure quality of service performance and reliability, FAS IT will be
