Clearly a scam. Live.com accounts are free accounts anyone can sign up for from Microsoft.
You can see that the From and Reply-To fields are not the same. In this case, it's clearly spam and tries to fool people into thinking that since the from field looks authentic, the reply-to is someones personal email account. Any first year CS student should be able to create spoof email like this one..
