I just received an e-mail to an hcs list about 3.5 hours later than it
was sent. Is this a common problem at Harvard?

The relevant headers snippet is pasted below. It seemed to get stuck
somewhere between hermes.hcs.harvard.edu and hermes.hcs.harvard.edu
