Subject: Upperclass Activities Fair today - UPDATE

Dear Student Group Presidents,

(Please forward to members of your group)

Today's upperclass activities fair will be moved indoors because of the rain
forecasted for early this afternoon. Because it is moving indoors, the time
has also been changed slightly. Today's fair will take place inside Annenberg
Hall today from 2:30-4pm. You will still be assigned a table inside and will
be able to enter Annenberg at 2:15pm today to begin set-up. Please be
respectful of the space and pick up all trash from the floor and tables at the
end of the fair.

Also, Harvard Carnival will still take place tonight in Tercentenary Theater
from 5:30-8:30pm. Since the rain is forecasted to stop later this afternoon,
bumper cars, games, prizes, dunk tank, and food will go on as planned.

See you this afternoon!
